Paschal Vigil / Wigilia Paschalna

The Paschal Vigil, held on Holy Saturday night, is the most important liturgy in the Catholic Church. It begins in darkness, symbolizing the tomb, and moves to light with the blessing of the Paschal candle, representing Christ’s Resurrection. The Vigil includes Scripture readings, the Gloria and Alleluia, baptisms, and the first Easter Mass, celebrating Jesus' victory over death.
